Shipping Information
• Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S., outside the U.S., and to locations outside the contiguous 48 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
• Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days.
• You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO boxes due to shipping restrictions.
• International taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost.
Shipping Cost Savings
• When ordering multiple items, you may save on shipping costs, as we strive to pack your items as compactly as possible. Any savings will be recalculated and refunded once the packaging is complete.
Damaged Items During Shipping
• If your items arrive damaged, please email us with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the damage within 2 days of receiving your shipment. We will issue a refund after verification.
Exchanges
• If there is an issue with your item, it can be exchanged within 1 week of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate an exchange, please email mollalceramics@gmail.com with a photo and reason for the exchange.
• Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Mollal Ceramics is not responsible for any damage during return shipping, so we strongly recommend packing the items carefully and shipping via a trackable carrier.
Care Instructions
• Mollal Ceramics are microwave, dishwasher, and food-safe, but for the best long-term care, we recommend gently handling and washing them by hand.
